A vision board is a collage of pictures, poems, quotes and sometimes memorabilia that represents what you want to bring into your life. Through a morning of meditation and specific questions you will look deep within to see precisely what it is you want in your life. After lunch is when the fun begins as you create your vision A selection of materials will be supplied for you but feel free to bring your own pictures, art, magazines, quotes, fabric, poems, ribbon and whatever else. You will return home with your completed Vision Board to begin making your desires a reality.
